2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons black lemon zest
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 tablespoon peach juice
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
2 tablespoons light rum
2 slices fresh pineapple, sliced
1 cup sliced peaches
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
Combine lemon juice, black lemon zest, orange juice, lemon zest, peach juice, orange zest and lemon zest in small saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; chill. Stir in lemon zest, peach juice, orange zest and lemon zest; boil for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Slowly pour into large plastic container. Chill at least 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator. Serve in glass serving dish with sharp knife.
