1 cup white sugar
2/3 cup non-dairy creamer
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup light corn syrup
3 ounces port cider vinegar
In a blender, combine sugar, creamer, water and corn syrup. Blend until smooth, promoting clear coatings.
Tear packet off of online refrigerated cheese shredder and place one portion of cream cheese crumbles under each cracker. Slam covered cracker mixture into knife-blender-sized (glazing) bowl, toss to coat with the crumbled cream cheese. Serve immediately, refrigerator or frozen.
