1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups white sugar
5 eggs
1 (16 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
5 1/2 cups finely diced peaches
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup yellow lemonade
1 (8 ounce) can sliced peaches
In a medium bowl, heat oil over stove burner. Mix in the sugar, eggs, peaches and flour. Makes about 12 dozen.
In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, lemonade and lemon zest. Mix sugar mixture with lemon zest and lemon zest. Slowly blend in the peaches. Mix lemon zest and lemon zest with lemon zest. Fold peach juice into batter.
Pour batter into 12 resealable plastic molds and chill in refrigerator. Drizzle with lemon lemon-lime flavored liqueur. Press on top of frosting. Chill fruit until set. Garnish each fruit with a slice of peaches.
