2 apples - peeled, cored, and chopped
3 tablespoons white sugar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 (12 ounce) package frozen chopped peaches in syrup
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together sugar and oil. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and pudding mix. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
