1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (4 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup chopped black olives
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 (4 ounce) can crushed tomatoes with green chile peppers
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese frosting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and mushrooms. Shape the mixture into a 1/2 inch in diameter ball. Place ball on a baking sheet. Brush with egg whites.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned. Cool completely before frosting. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
