1/3 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 (1 ounce) squares nonfat milk chocolate
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
4 tablespoons strawberry juice
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth; beat in eggs and chocolate. Mix milk chocolate and cream cheese into creamed mixture. Pour mixture into preheated 2-cup or 9-in.-square baking dishes.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, or until center of the butter has melted. Remove from oven and serve warm or cold. Cut into 1-cup squares, drizzle strawberry slices over top and allow to cool completely.
