1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package instant potato flakes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, cream cheese, potato flakes and mayonnaise. Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar cheese over the mixture, and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
