1 (16 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can herb cream cheese
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (3 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
3 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup chopped celery
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, eggs, cream cheese, sour cream, green chilies, onion, basil, Italian seasoning, and Cajun seasoning. Pour mixture into a 9x13-inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Cool before serving.
