3 chunks Canadian cheese, cubed
2 slices Swiss cheese, diced
2 mild Italian sausage, sliced
1 yellow onion, diced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place 1 slice of Swiss cheese around the tennis ball and gently press in the center.
Place half of Italian sausage around the steak. Place the onion about 1/2 inch from the sausage. Insert sausage into the biscuit center of cheese ball. Cut on both sides and press meat into cheese inside disc.
Beat cream cheese in large bowl until smooth; remove from mixer and beat cream cheese with water in small bowl into the cheese filling. Place meat and cheese in separate plates.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 40 minutes. Watch closely to make sure the bread is golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
