1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup corn flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup margarine
2 tablespoons vinegar
salt to taste
In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, ground black pepper, cornstarch and 1/2 cup corn flour; boil, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 cup margarine, vinegar and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Pour into 1-cup plastic plastic bags. Seal and shake vigorously in plastic container before serving.
