1 cup chopped onion
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon isinglass powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in onions and saute gently for about 10 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside and stir in oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, marjoram and rosemary. Mix well.
Return chicken to pan and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Remove chicken from pan and let cool for several minutes before removing from pan. Grill chicken in pan for about 15 minutes each side, or until golden.
