I baked this raft called '' Prevailer '' on a cookie sheet-it was very easy to make, but some involved working with small quantities of ingredients.  I understand now why French/Belgian people shy away from these dishes; they're often accused of being too hot, or too bland, or to unappealing. They're incredibly easy to make, and while they're not without their quirks, they're great beginners with very good technique. I love when people give credit where credit is due; this way I don't have to constantly correct people.
