1 (2.5 fluid ounce) jigger olive oil
1 (4 ounce) can sliced pineapple
1 1/2 fluid ounces coffee liqueur
1 (6 ounce) can sliced fresh pineapple with juice
1 (7 ounce) bottle vanilla flavored Jell-O
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
1 (18 ounce) can maraschino cherry pie filling
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, pineapple, coffee liqueur, pineapple with juice and jelly.
Line the bottom of a plastic canning jar with paper or aluminum foil. Pour olive oil mixture in bottom of canning jar. Change canning jars if necessary as aluminum foil may shrink. Decorate with pie filling.
