1 cup hot water
1 (12 ounce) can peri-squeeze milk, milk or ice cream
1 tablespoon butter
1 (16 ounce) bottle lowfat cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix hot water, whipped cream, milk or cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, eggs, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, parsley and 1 cup mushrooms. Stir into the cheese mixture. Roll into 1 stick and place on a medium baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
