1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 egg
1 cup white sugar
1 3/4 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups egg whites
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix egg into 1/4 cup of the mixture. Add sugar. Beat until smooth. Blend flour into cream cheese mixture, and mix in milk. Mix in egg, brown sugar and salt. Spread mixture into preheated pie crust. Cool completely before cutting into slices.
