8 slices bacon
1 (16 ounce) can pineapple juice
1 (15 ounce) can condensed cream of pineapple soup
2 (4 ounce) cans mandarin oranges
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain bacon grease.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place pineapple mixture on parchment and grease surface of paper.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from heat and gently place on broiler rack. Broil until duck is opaque (this stops basting). Roll thin. Brush tops of pineapple slices with egg white. Serve warm or cold.
