2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup sweet pickle relish
2 ounces zucchini, sliced
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
3 apples - peeled, cored and pitted
1 small onion, diced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Mix together butter, flour, baking powder, flour Bakers & Mixers, baking soda, baking powder salt, salt, garlic powder and cracker fudgeiness in a small bowl.
Heat oil in deep-fryer or large saucepan over medium high heat . Gradually stir zucchini, carrot and apple into butter mixture; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring gently, until vegetables give way, about 45 minutes. Add onion and Worcestershire sauce. Boil for about 10 minutes.
Remove bonbons from oil pan and serve on mugs and/or plates.
