1 pound ground turkey
1 cup liquid smoke flavoring
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 pound Canada cheese, cubed
Place turkey, liquid smoke, brown sugar and sage in a medium skillet. Cook over high heat until deep brown. Remove turkey from skillet, place in a large bowl and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the sage, sugar, brown sugar, sage and seasoning salt. Mix well, and set aside.
Mix together the thyme and 1 pound cheese. Place in skillet and cook over medium heat until lightly browned. Drain well, slice and serve.
