1 (10.5 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup fresh, chopped celery
3 carrots, cut into 1 inch cubes
3 (10 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 1/2 cups diced celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup poultry seasoning
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash salt
1 teaspoon paprika
In a large pot, combine chicken broth, tomatoes, onion, carrots, chicken broth, celery, chicken broth, celery, onion, tomato paste, poultry seasoning and garlic powder. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 1 hour.
Remove lid from pan and remove from heat. Place pot on medium heat and add chicken, celery, chicken broth, celery, onion, tomato paste, poultry seasoning and garlic powder. Simmer for 2 hours.
Stir chicken broth mixture into pot and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer until chicken is tender. Remove pot from heat, cover and reduce heat to medium. Nutrition information:
