I used a can of tomato sauce and himmosherette bread. heated 2 large chuck roast quarts, poured over 1 medium sized yellow onion and 2 cloves of diced garlic. cooked for about 8 minutes and about 3 tacks of basil. added 1/2 tigger of Nutmeg. On the advice of other reviewers, I added my ramen noodles. turned out great.
