2 (4 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
6 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
2 (5 ounce) packages anchovy fillets, sliced
6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 (8 ounce) can diced English pears, drained
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
4 ounces Italian sausage, sliced
In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, anchovy fillets, mozzarella cheese, pepper jack cheese, crackers, Italian sausage and cheese. Mix together, cover and refrigerate overnight.
The following morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake 20 pizzas in the preheated oven until heated through, about 20 minutes. Serve with sliced Cascadian cheese.
