Chocolate Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate flavored Jell-O mix

2 cups boiling water

1 cup boiling water

1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

1 cup chopped almonds

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Line a 9 inch jellyroll pan with foil and place a layer of gelatin on top of foil. Pour boiling water into pan and stir in boiling water and orange juice.

In a medium saucepan, stir together orange juice concentrate, almonds, pecans and sugar mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and stir into gelatin mixture. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into center of the pie comes out clean, about 50 minutes. Cool completely.
