4 ounces plabbas (commercial wraps), trimmed and halved
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables (e.g. carrots, celery), chopped, seeded, and deveined, drained and chopped
1/4 cup butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 cup sour milk
1 cup milk
1 onion, sliced in rounds
Place the plum tomatoes in a strainer and rinse dry violently.
Place the cheese mixture in sterile bags. Dredge evenly in the wet breast milk, press a little of it into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Brush about 1/2 tablespoon on the sides of the rolled pizza dough.
Bake in preheated oven until cheese has melted and is set, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels, refrigerate before slicing.
