2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
1 healthy red bell pepper, diced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
4 boneless pork chops
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup hot milk
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a medium saucepan with garlic, onion, red pepper, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and add to saucepan with garlic and onion. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour over hot pork chops. Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes.
Spoon about 1/4 cup of sauce mixture onto the pork chops. Burning salt and pepper should be well distributed on meat. Brush over the sauce and sprinkle with hot milk.
