1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) square unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 1/2 cups crushed peaches
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
Melt the butter in a small bowl. Stir in the sugar and vinegar.
