1 (3 pound) whole egg
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (2.25 ounce) can tuna, with liquid
2 1/2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine egg, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, black pepper, onion flakes, and 2 cups Cheddar cheese. Toss well, then pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
In a bowl, toss the spinach and mayonnaise together. Stir in milk and basil, then pour into the baking dish. Sprinkle top with Cheddar cheese, and bake for about 30 minutes.
