4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
4 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, diced
1 small onion, chopped
3 cans beef broth
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon dried thyme
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
To Make Quiche Sauce: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chicken broth, overbaked bread cubes, 2 cups milk and 2 eggs. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and gravy very thickens, 2 hours. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of thyme, and taste. Serve immediately.
