1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) package white sugar
1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian-style dry bread crumbs
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg, milk, Swiss cheese and evaporated milk. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour to keep the mixture from sticking.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C) or 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread 1/2 cup cream cheese mixture evenly over each slice of toast. Top slices with Swiss cheese cheese and serve.
