Cranberry Apple Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients

2 (10 inch) prepared lasagna noodles

2 (10 ounce) packages frozen puff pastry, thawed and drained

1 (16 ounce) package orange flavored cocktail sauce

1 (21 ounce) can orange juice

2 teaspoons grated orange rind

2 teaspoons orange zest

1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1/2 cup chopped fresh cranberries

1/2 cup raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). In a medium saucepan, combine the noodles and puff pastry. Cook over medium heat until al dente. Drain and stir in the frozen orange juice, orange rind, orange zest, and hot sauce. Simmer until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Spread about 1 1/2 cups of the cooled pasta mixture on bottom of baking pan. Layer with 1/2 cup of sauce mixture on top. Pour 1/2 cup of sauce mixture over this, add another 1/4 cup of sauce, and top with remaining puff pastry. Repeat layers, continuing to reduce amount of sauce and adding cranberries, orange rind, chopped pecans, and raisins. Insert spatula bowl ever so slightly into dish.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until browned and golden. Cool before serving.
