1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup fresh water
1 pound fresh or frozen cranberries
4 tablespoons white sugar
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
In a small bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, water, cranberries, and 1/2 cup of sugar. Stir until the liquid is absorbed. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and raisins. Pour into a jar or a small bowl. Add raisins and they will thicken.
