10 pounds pork, bone
2 egg whites
1 cup white sugar
5 eggs

In a heat-proof bowl or a saucepan, combine gelatin, egg whites and white sugar. Boil covered stirring until soft peaks begin to form. Cool slightly then stir in yolks and beat egg whites until frothy. Spoon at once over meat.
