Sausage Wedges Recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup ketchup

1/3 cup white sugar

3 eggs

1/4 cup water

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

To Make Sausage Sauce: In a medium saucepan, heat 1/3 cup ketchup and 1/3 cup sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until sauce is thickened. Stir in butter or margarine, salt and mustard. Heat through, then pour over hot sausage.

Iatory was too bland even with using vanilla almond milk. I may make again but followed the recipe as is except for the flour.
