3/4 cup butter
2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup brownie mix
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
4 cups peanut butter cups
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup margarine
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
To Make Peanut Butter Filling: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the flour one cup at a time, then stir in the baking powder and salt. Beat in the butter mixture alternately with the white sugar and salt, adding 1 cup at a time, until just creamy. Stir in the brownie mix and chocolate chips; blend well. Stir in peanut butter cups until well blended. Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet, onto prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheet to cool on wire rack.
To make Peanut Butter Filling: In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, peanut butter cups, and 1/2 cup of white sugar until smooth. Fold in the margarine. Press mixture into bottom of pie shell. Chill before serving.
