2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (8 ounce) jar Lemon-lime flavored Jell-O
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup water
1 (1 cup) measuring cup
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch dish.
In a medium bowl, stir together oats, white sugar and brown sugar. In a small bowl, beat together white cake mix and lemon-lime soda.
Divide batter evenly among sheets of foil lined with parchment paper; set aside. In a large bowl, mix egg, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until smooth and creamy. Press into prepared prepared pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
