2 cups toasted, unpeen pod sifted
1/2 cup white sugar
2 egg whites
2 1/2 cups cold water
4 egg whites
1 cup chocolate pudding mix
Saute pod sifted sugar and 2 egg whites in a frying pan. Remove from heat and stir in 2 1/2 cup warm milk. Combine pudding mix, milk and 2 egg yolks in a medium bowl and stir well. Pour mixture into a pudding mold or similar dish. Refrigerate at least overnight.
