1 cup quick-cooking oats
2 cups bread flour
1 cup orange juice
2 eggs
1 (15 ounce) can apple pie filling
1 cup pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line baking sheets with foil or wax paper.
In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, flour and orange juice.
Round out the dough with the leftover flour, nutritional information, apples and pecans (if desired).
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes.
