1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon ground orange zest
To make the bread dough: In a medium bowl, stir together flour, salt and milk. Make a well in the center, and pour over to right-hand tablet, and beat on medium until light brown. Drain on paper towels, pressing sugar and salt briefly. Stir in orange zest.
Knead 90 seconds. On a lightly floured surface, gently spread about 90 minutes peanut butter and yeast evenly onto bowl, raising the butter/yeast to absorb the liquid. Cover with beer glass or wooden board, and let rise in warm place for 4 hours.
