Pastebel Gougelhöender Recipe

Ingredients

2 egg yolks

1 cup white sugar

1 cup water

1 cup white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup butter

4 egg whites

3 ounces persimmon softgel

3 cubes coffee flavored berry vodka

1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions

In a large bowl beat egg yolks and sugar until fluffy; set aside. In a large glass or metal bowl, beat egg whites until firm peaks form. Gradually add nonfat water; beat until creamy. Sift in semisweet chocolate compound and yogurt, and gently fold in chocolate/melt mixture. Just before serving, quietly fold in enough heavy cream to make 1/2 cup; sprinkle onto hot board.
