Strawberry Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked

1 (4.4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (3 ounce) package frozen fruit cocktail, thawed

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C.)

In a large mixer bowl, cream together cream cheese and cream cheese until loose. Beat in softened cream cheese, then gently stir in whipped topping. Pour mixture into baked pastry shell. Sprinkle top with fruit cocktail and change to oven-safe cookie sheets.

Bake for 18 minutes, or until set in center.

Cool completely before serving. If desired, garnish with cold ice cream.
