2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup water
1 quart tomato paste
1 tablespoon water
3 tablespoons diced carrots
Place tomatoes, water, tomato paste, water and carrots in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes and stir. Serve with sauce or without.
