12 pounds beef whole roast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound beef stewing beef
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Place roast in a shallow baking dish, and fill with butter.
Cover, and bake in preheated oven for 6 to 8 hours.
Savor meat and reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until all liquid and meat remains.
