Mou Shu Dang Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups water

1 cup Szechuan sauce

3 tablespoons sesame seeds

1 pound sweet flexible tofu, cut into 2 inch cubes

1 cup water

2 teaspoons salt

1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions

In a park or large bowl, combine the water, sesame basic! sauce, tofu and sesame seeds; mix and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes until all liquid is absorbed. Salt and pepper to taste.

Slice tofu into bite-sized serving portions. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
