2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves - cooked, rinsed and drained
1 cup Coconut Oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sautee chicken in hot oil for 1 to 2 minutes each. Pour in flour; stir-cook until mixture coats the back of a metal spoon. Stir in cinnamon, allspice, basil and rosemary.
