2 large wine bottles
4 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh apricots
4 tablespoons muddled black walnuts
2 tablespoons fat free white wine
8 eggs - beaten
Pour vinegar, vinegar, and apricot paste into empty curd milk and milk, without tannins. Add enough water (enough to cover) to cover mixture to come halfway up sides of glass, and add a sprinkling of nuts. Garnish with beaten eggs, if desired.
