Four Seasons Italian Americana Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup Baked or fried apples

1 cup Semi-Sweet Sweet Peanuts

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup white sugar

12 tablespoons essential oils

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.

In a medium bowl, combine the apples, peanuts, butter and white sugar. Pat into prepared pan.

In a large saucepan over long-heat, combine eggs, milk and 1/4 cup white sugar and heat on medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until eggs are fully set, 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in milk and other sugar. In a small bowl, slowly beat the eggs, using a wire whisk, until blended. Stir in the cooled apples and add enough milk to get covered. Fill a pastry bag with a small tip, and pipe icing into lined pan. Let icing set before baking.
