1 cup water
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons shredded horseradish
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a mixing bowl, stir together 1 cup water, flour, horseradish, mustard oil, salt and pepper. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour; drain off grease and let cool.
