2 cups cranberries
1 cup orange juice
1 (16 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (16 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
Combine cranberries, orange juice, and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then remove from heat. Stir in the orange juice and sweetened condensed milk. Simmer and stir until the cranberries are tender.
Stir in the lemon juice and sugar, vinegar and salt. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer.
