1 (14 ounce) can tomato paste
2 (12 ounce) packages frozen chopped vegetables
3 cups tomato broth
2 cups water
In a medium pot over low heat, boil the tomato paste for about 15 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cooked tomato is soft.
In a saucepan bring the tomato paste and broth to a boil; reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add water to the gravy and heat through.
