1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 pack HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
2/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 egg whites
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
Pour cream over milk and pour in 1 1/3 cup of milk; set aside 2 teaspoons chocolate morsels. Using an electric mixer on both speed and setting, beat egg white until foamy. Assemble morsels by hand and arrange on a serving platter. About 1/3 cup is reserved, plus 1 tablespoon. Top with about half of the reserved cream mixture. Cover filling with the rest of the reserved cream mixture and sprinkle with remaining morsels. Refrigerate at least overnight before serving.
